While entering or by using our website, check the terms & Conditions thoroughly. Users agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions by accessing or using any portion of the site. You may not use the website or use any services if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions of this agreement.

Design Planetarium is the owner and operator of this website. The phrases "we," "us," and "our" refer to Design Planetarium throughout the site. We hereby adhere to provide services to all our customers, subject to the acceptance of all the terms and conditions mentioned in this document.


Design Planetarium owns the trademark and copyright to everything on our website. You undertake not to copy, reproduce, duplicate, sell, resell, or exploit any of our property in any way. Our goods and services may not be used for any illegal or unauthorized purposes. For whatever reason, Design Planetarium retains the right to refuse service to anybody at any time. Please do not use our website if you disagree with any aspect of these terms and conditions.

It should also be mentioned that both Design Planetarium and the Client undertake not to publicly disparage each other or any of their employees, associates, or partners at any time during or after the contract period (on internet forums, blogs, social networks, etc.). Similarly, both parties undertake not to use online forums, blogs, community groups, or any other social media to disparage either party or any of its employees, associates, or partners in any way. In the event of a breach, the breaching party would be liable for damages determined by the non-breaching party.


Design Planetarium retains the right to alter product prices at any time. We retain the right to change or cancel the Service at any time and without notice.


Design Planetarium provides a wide range of digital services, including logo design, animated films, voiceovers, website design and development, and social media marketing, to name a few. We retain the right to restrict sales of our products or services to any individual, geographic location, or jurisdiction. We have the right to alter the descriptions and prices of our Services without notification at any time. At any moment, we have the right to terminate any service or offer.


The bundle you choose determines how many revisions you may undertake. The turnaround time for revisions will be 48 working hours, although this may alter depending on the client's needs and comments. Unlimited modifications need that the original design and concept remain unchanged. Once an original concept has been accepted, the consumer cannot request a concept redesign.

The revisions for animation videos are determined by the package used. The customer is welcome to contact us for limitless free modifications, and we will update the animated film at no additional cost as long as the design and concept are preserved. Any modifications or adjustments to the animated videos are subject to Design Planetarium's approval. If Design Planetarium approves the parameters of the animation video modification, the turnaround time for the change will be at Design Planetarium's discretion. Unlimited modifications need that the original design and concept remain unchanged. Once an original concept has been accepted, the customer cannot request a redesign.


In any case, if the initial design and concepts (after delivery) are accepted, any monies invested will not be refunded. All refund claims will be handled in the following manner:

The customer issues a request for the underlying concepts for a logo design. The refund offer will be invalid if the customer approves or requests revisions to the initial drawings, and a refund request will not be accepted.

The refund offer will be invalid once the project reaches the revision process, and a refund request will not be accepted.

A genuine cause for requesting a refund must be evaluated against the outline brief and customer feedback for changes. A refund will not be granted unless the concept was not written according to the brief.

5.1: Logo Package Refund

If you request a refund before the delivery of first design concepts, you will receive a complete refund (excluding 10 percent administration and preparing charge).

You will only be eligible for a 66 percent refund if you seek a refund within 5 business days of the first design (excluding 10 percent administration and preparing expense).

You will only be eligible for a 33 percent refund if you seek a refund after 5 business days and within 12 business days of the first design delivery (excluding 10 percent service & processing free). After 15 business days after the original design delivery, no refund requests will be accepted. However, because we believe in complete customer happiness, we ask that you contact us so that we may resolve any issues.

After the final files have been provided, no refunds will be granted.

5.2: Website Packages Refund

If you request a refund before the delivery of the Initial Website Mock up, you will receive a complete refund (excluding 10 percent administration and preparing charge).

You will only be eligible for a 66 percent refund if you seek a refund within 5 working days of the Initial Website Mock up (excluding 10 percent administration and preparing expense).

Once your website's initial design mock-up has been changed, no refund requests will be accepted.

After 10 business days from the date of the Initial Website Mock up, no refund requests will be considered. However, because we believe in complete customer happiness, we ask that you contact us so that we may resolve any issues.

Refunds will not be given in the case of websites once the customer has accepted the design and the website has been sent to development.

No refunds will be given in cases where websites have been built and uploaded to test links or genuine domains. If the client has subscribed to online support services, Design Planetarium will solely be responsible for troubleshooting difficulties.

5.3: Custom Package Refund

Our refund policy (as indicated above) will apply to each service in a bespoke bundle individually. After 10 business days after the first design, no refund requests will be accepted. However, because we believe in complete customer happiness, we ask that you contact us so that we may resolve any issues.

5.4: Marketing Packages Refund

Under no circumstances are any of our Social Media Marketing Packages, SEO Packages, or any marketing-related tasks refundable.

5.5: Domain and hosting refund

Domain and Hosting Services shall not be cancelled or reimbursed under any circumstances. This includes domains, hosting, SSL, and other associated services. Design Planetarium owns the rights to all domains and hosting acquired via Design Planetarium.

After 7 business days of inactivity by the client, no refund request will be accepted. You will be charged a fee based on your venture if you want to resume the order.

If the client remains unresponsive for 10 business days at any point in time, no refund request will be accepted.

Requests for refunds should be sent to the customer service department. On a case-by-case basis, Design Planetarium maintains the right to approve or refuse any and all refund claims.

If the logo produced by Design Planetarium is discovered to be significantly similar to another design that already exists, you are eligible for a new logo. Any resemblance to a present outline will be regarded as a coincidental occurrence, and Design Planetarium will not accept any liability or reimbursement in such a scenario. It is the duty of the customer to have their artwork copyrighted. *All refund claims must be fully recorded and addressed with the cause for dissatisfaction using the methods listed in Section 6. When the refund is processed, you consent to a 10% processing charge reduction from the order amount. Refunds are processed within 8 to 10 business days after the request for cancellation. You acknowledge and agree that accepting the refund is your exclusive and exclusive recourse for connected Responses. You further agree that you will have no right (explicit or implied) to use or possess any Response or other work product, material, or media. Payment, indemnification, and warranty disclaimers and limitations of responsibility are among the provisions of this Agreement that will survive termination by their nature.

We will strive to address your issue and concern as soon as possible, based on our revision policy, or we will send you an email approving your refund request. The rights to your design would be passed to Design Planetarium after the reimbursement, and you would be legally prohibited from displaying any variation of the design anywhere. You further agree that you will have no right (direct or indirect) to utilize the product, and that you will have no ownership stake in it.

We may offer you with access to third-party tools and software to help us improve our product and services, but we do not monitor, control, or input into them. We will not be held liable or accountable for any injury or damages resulting from the use of these third-party tools. Third-party product complaints, claims, concerns, or inquiries should be directed to the appropriate third-party.


Our designers are advised not to depart from the parameters specified by the client in the purchase form in order to offer you with total pleasure. To achieve high-quality outcomes, the designs are created after appropriate and extensive study.


E-mail is used to transmit all design order files to the customer. All modification and refund procedures are contingent on the date and time the design order was given to the client's email address. The turnaround time will be determined by the package; nevertheless, a minimum of one business day is necessary. For an extra $100, we offer a quick delivery option in which you may have your first logo within 24 hours. Contact our customer service for more information.


After we provide your final files, we archive your final design. If you'd like to get the final files again, please let us know and we'll email them to you.

You acknowledge that Design Planetarium is not responsible for any contact sent from email addresses other than those sent from our domain (for example, xyz@designplanetarium.com.au) or any toll free number not listed on our website. Design Planetarium shall not be held responsible for any losses incurred as a result of such contact.


At Design Planetarium, we guarantee that each of our logos is created from the ground up. We will create a logo that adheres to your design brief to the letter.


We retain the right, at any time and without prior notice, to rectify any mistakes, inconsistencies, or inaccuracies on our website, as well as to modify or change information or cancel the contract if any information in the Service or on any linked website material is erroneous (including after you have submitted your order).


Design Planetarium, its executives, managers, and employees will not be liable for anything arising out of or in any way associated with your use of this website, whether or not such responsibility is based on contract. Design Planetarium, its officers, directors, employees, and interns are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damage resulting from or in any way linked to your use of this website. Because certain states or countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of responsibility for consequential or incidental damages, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permissible by law in those states or jurisdictions.


You hereby indemnify Design Planetarium, our parent organization, and our affiliates to the greatest extent permitted by law from and against any and/or all claims, charges, demands, causes of action, damages, and expenses arising from your breach of any of these conditions.


You agree to hold Design Planetarium, our parent company, and its affiliates harmless from and against any and all liabilities, charges, demands, causes of action, damages, and expenditures arising from your violation of any of these conditions.


Unless and until either you or us terminate these Terms & Conditions, they will remain in force. If you fail to comply with any term or provision of these Terms & Conditions, or we suspect you have failed to comply with any term or provision of these Terms & Conditions, we may terminate this agreement at any time and hold you liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination, and we will accordingly deny you access to our Services.


The omission of us to assert or enforce any right or term of these Terms & Conditions does not imply that we will do so in the future. These Terms replace any earlier agreements and understandings between Design Planetarium and you in regard to your use of this website. Any discrepancies in the understanding of these Terms shall not be interpreted or misunderstood against Design Planetarium, the writing party.


These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of NSW, and any dispute arising out of this agreement must be resolved exclusively in this venue.

The initial logo concepts normally take 24-48 hours to design. However, timelines do vary due to a clients specific needs, challenges, requirements and overall project scope. Any kind of 'implied' deadline is also dependant on the client in many ways: if the client takes a dislike to a number of our logo concepts, or is not timely with return feedback, then its difficult for us to keep that forward momentum going.
